Twist Festival August 10-13, 2023

The Twist festival is happening very soon!

The textile market with over 90 vendors opens on Friday! The schedule is Friday from 10am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm and Sunday from 10am to 4pm. Throughout the festival there will be a vary of activities such as a food fair, kids activities, demonstrations, sheep dog herding demos, and much more!

Our kiosk will be the Desjardin Hall (ie Arena) and we are in Booth #32, a bit past the middle on the righ hand side of the right side aisle! We will have a variety of supplies for quilting and embroidery, including fabrics, patterns, threads, notions and kits!

Please note, the shop in Montreal will be closed that weekend! It is impossible for us to be in 2 places at once!

Workshops start on August 10th and run all weekend! We are teaching a intermediate sewing workshop called Make a Posh Pack, where student will be making their very own fanny pack, and learning techniques for sewing in a zipper, sewing curves, using fusible interfacing, lining a bag and installing bag hardware! Sign ups are still open!
