Refund policy

If a product you purchase is broken or defective, please email us at within 10 days of recieving the order and let us know the order number, the product and what is wrong with it. We will then provide you with an RMA number and you can ship it back to us and we will either ship you a new one free of charge, or if we no longer carry the item, we will refund your purchase price. After 30 days there are no returns or refunds.

If for any reason you decide you just don't want to keep your purchase, please email us at and let us know what you wish to return and we will supply you with an RMA and you can ship (at your own cost) the items back to us. You will get a full refund for the purchase price minus the shipping costs. Please note that cut items (Fabric, ribbon, etc), sales are final!
Please choose a method of shipping you can track and that has insurance as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Please allow 2-4 weeks for returns to be processed.
