This is Pellon® 1/4" Knit Elastic in BLACK.  
Sold in BULK on a 288 yard spool (about 265 meteres)

The sewing needle will not affect stretch of the elastic.  Its width does not narrow when . Use for waistbands, bags, gloves, undergarments, headwear, straps, and of course face masks!

Machine washable/dryable in temperatures up to 200°F.
Dry cleanable.
Bleach safe.
50% Polyester, 50% Rubber
