Shipping News 2025

Publié par Stacy Pomerleau le

The recent Canada Post strike has been a challenging time for many businesses, including ours. It has taught us valuable lessons about the importance of flexibility and adaptability in our shipping practices.

As we move forward, you may notice some changes in our shipping methods.

We are dedicated to keeping our shipping costs reasonable while maintaining the quality of service you expect. We may still be using Canada Post from time to time. For example, if you have a PO Box, your order will ship with Canada Post. For rural or more remote locations, your order will likely also be shipped with Canada Post.

For most orders, ChitChats (a courier company) is likely to be our main shipping provider allowing us to ship more affordably in Canada and to ship into the United States using USPS! We ask that if your shipping location has an intercom to please add a buzzer number in Address Line 2 to prevent delivery issues.

Last but not least, certain orders may be shipped with UPS, depending on your location, package size, and weight.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support!
