This is Pellon® 1.5" Knit Elastic in white. 

This elastic is great for waistbands, undergarments, headwear, straps, and more! Knit elastic does not narrow when stretched and is not affected by sewing needle piercing.

Machine washable/dryable in temperatures up to 200°F.
Dry cleanable.
Bleach safe.
50% Polyester, 50% Rubber
