Our Canadian orders ship with a tracking number.
Quebec Rates
Flat $13 (orders under 2kg)
Heavy/Bulky $18 (orders over 2kg or bulky items)
Canada Rates
Flat $15 (orders under 2kg)
Heavy/Bulky $23 (order over 2kg or bulky items)
Since August 2025, due to the US tariffs, we are no longer shipping orders to the United States. Thank you for your understanding.
US shipping options: Small Packet Air (no tracking) $12 for orders under 1kg (Estimated delivery in 5 to 8 business days). Tracked Packet $22 for orders up to 2kg & $35 for heavy or bulky orders between 2kg and 6kg (Estimated delivery in 4 to 7 business days)
Shipping to the EU and the rest of the world:
International Parcel - Surface (NO TRACKING NUMBER)
$35 (orders under 2kg) Estimated delivery 4 to 12 weeks.
As we are located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, there is the option to pick up your order in person. If you selection the "Montreal Pick Up" shipping option, the easiest pick up option is to come by the shop, 2065 rue Parthenais, Studio 274A (buzzer #557) Montreal, Quebec on Thursdays, Fridays or Saturdays between noon and 5pm. For other arrangements please leave a note while checking out or send us an email.
Craft de Ville will make every effort to ship as quickly as possible after the order has been placed. Most orders are shipped out on the Friday after the order is placed. Craft de Ville is not responsible for delays due to shipping company issues or errors. For any items returned for a refund, return shipping must be paid by the customer and the cost of the original shipping will not be refunded. In the case of a broken or defective item, the customer must pay for return shipping of the product but a new product will be shipped at Craft de Ville's expense or a refund of the purchase price plus original shipping will be issued.
