** Anna's preference is for the medium-weight fusible is Pellon 809. She likes the structure it provides when combined with canvas weight fabric, be sure your canvas is within the recommended 7-9 oz. weight range. Big Sur Canvas by Robert Kaufman is her personal favorite. You could also substitute fusible fleece for a more padded structure.
