Shipping and Returns


We are located in Montreal, Quebec. You can choose a local pick up from the shop at 2065 rue Parthenais, Studio 274A (buzzer #557) Montreal, QC.
Shop hours! Thursdays, Fridays and Saturday between noon and 5pm. For other arrangements please leave a note while checking out or send us an email.


Our shipping rates increased in July 2022.

Our Canadian orders ship with Canada Post Expedited Parcel with a tracking number. We offer a flat rate for Quebec order of $13 (under 2kg) & $18 for heavy or bulky order (over 2kg). For the rest of Canada, the flat is $15 (under 2kg) & $23 for heavy or bulky order (over 2kg).

For US shipping there are a few options. Small Packet Air (no tracking) $12 for orders under 1kg (Estimated delivery in 5 to 8 business days). Tracked Packet $22 for orders up to 2kg & $35 for heavy or bulky orders between 2kg and 6kg (Estimated delivery in 4 to 7 business days)

For  the EU and the rest of the world, orders ship as International Parcel - Surface for $35 (orders under 2kg) Estimated delivery 4 to 12 weeks. Please note, this method does not have a tracking number! 

Craft de Ville will make every effort to ship as quickly as possible after the order has been placed. Most orders are shipped out on the Saturday after the order is placed. Craft de Ville is not responsible for delays due to shipping company issues or errors. For any items returned for a refund, return shipping must be paid by the customer and the cost of the original shipping will not be refunded. In the case of a broken or defective item, the customer must pay for return shipping of the product but a new product will be shipped at Craft de Ville's expense or a refund of the purchase price plus original shipping will be issued.

Returning an item

If a product you purchase is broken or defective, please email us at within 30 days and let us know the order number, the product and what is wrong with it.  We will then provide you with an RMA number and you can ship it back to us and we will either ship you a new one free of charge, or if we no longer carry the item, we will refund your purchase price. After 30 days there are no returns or refunds.  
If for any reason you decide you just don't want to keep your purchase, please email us at and let us know what you wish to return and we will supply you with an RMA and you can ship the items back to us. You will get a full refund for the purchase price minus the shipping costs. Please note that cut items (fabric, ribbon, etc) sales are final and not refundable.

Please choose a method of shipping you can track and that has insurance as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Please allow 2-4 weeks for returns to be processed.
